What type of oil/lotion do you use?
Yes I do. I direct bill to; Blue Cross, Sunlife, Manulife, Canada Life. I may be able to bill to others that are listed with Telus eHealth
As a mom, I totally understand that sometimes we cant get childcare. I typically don't mind if your child attends with you so long as they are not disruptive/destructive. If they are unable to sit appropriately we will need to stop and reschedule the treatment to a time you are able to find care
Yes, I do! Although I do ask that there be a reason for the treatment besides just trying to use up insurance as the insurance companies don't accept that as a reason for a claim. Athletic children, growing pains, aches and pains etc. are all great reasons to book a treatment for your child.
For children under 16, I do require the parent to stay for the duration of the treatment.
I use Gecko Professional Holly Oil. It has no fragrance and is hypoallergenic and non staining.
Ingredients: Holly Oil, Jojoba, Vit E
*Holly Oil is a proprietors blend of light mineral oil, carrier and essential oils.

Massage Cancellation Policy
Please note that the Massage Cancellation Policy is different than the Tattoo Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled by the individual online through their reminder or booking confirmation communications until 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Or you may contact me by email at totalmotionmassage@outlook.com.
Missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will have a No-Show fee of 100% cost of the appointment that was missed applied to their account.
All outstanding service fees must be paid before future appointments will be booked/approved.
Why do you charge a
No-Show Fee?
The time you scheduled has been reserved for you. When there are changes with late notice it affects the ability for someone else to book into the timeslot.
No Show/Cancellation fees are charged to protect the business from the financial impact of not being able to fill the appointment slot since service providers are not paid unless the service is rendered.
Why Cant I cancel my appointment online?
If there is less than 24 hours to your scheduled appointment time, the booking system will not allow online cancellations. You must email totalmotionmassage@outlook.com to notify us to any changes within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
